custom order policies

there are no refunds on custom orders

  • Payment in full is required before the start of work
  • Must submit signed estimate & policy acknowledgement with payment to proceed
  • Customer is entitled to two mock-ups in order to approve work. If more should be needed, a design fee will be charged with or without purchase
  • Approved mock up must be signed and sent back to approve work commencing
  • Extra time must be given for custom orders in order to source and procure materials
    (We do our best to get everything out as fast as possible and meet goals)
  • If there is a need by date expressed by the client, we will do our best to meet
  • Be advised that delays in receiving materials can cause production to delay, but we will keep you updated on any situations 
  • If such event occurs that need by date will not be meet we will give you the option to still proceed or offer you a refund (minus any extra design fees)
  • All orders must follow any included care instructions that are included. We are not responsible for mishandling or improper care
  • All items are inspected thoroughly, photographed, and packaged with care to ship. We are not responsible for items damaged in transit – that will need to be taken up with delivery service
  • Tracking information will be available as soon as label is created. You will receive it by e-mail
  • If customer changes their mind at any time after approval and payment, a maximum of 50% will be refunded
  • Coupon codes are not eligible on custom orders 
  • If there are any issues with your order, please reach out to us so we can work on a resolution
  • At the end of the day we want you, our favorite people, to be happy

digital download policies

  • DIGITAL FILES ARE FOR INSTANT DOWNLOAD -NO physical item will be sent to you! 
  • What’s included with your purchase?
    High Resolution 300 DPI PNG files or layered svg cut files
  • The designs purchased may not be used for creation other digital graphics, may not be sold on print-on-demand websites, redistributed. You may not resell them in any digital form
  • Files are for personal use or small business, not for mass production
  • Files are not to be sold as a digital file, sold as clip art, traded, shared, or given away
  • Due to the increasing number of registered trademarked words/phrases daily, Idunowinks is not responsible for trademark violations. It is your responsibility to verify before use of purchase
  • You MAY NOT distribute, sell or share digital files
  • Examples Include but not limited to; reselling in ANY manner/gifting, uploading to sharing websites/Facebook Groups. (We check several groups)
  • You may NOT use or share our designs with/on any print on demand/commercial websites 
  • The designs purchased may not be used for creation other digital graphics, may not be sold on print-on-demand websites, redistributed. You may not resell
    them in any digital form
  • we do not accept returns on digital purchases

refund + exchange policy

Our refund policy is good for 7 days of delivery confirmation
after 7 days, exchanges only are eligible up unto 14 days of delivery confirmation

we will not accept returns or exchanges after 14 days 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging

care cards are provided with most orders that provide instructions on cleaning, maintenance, and things to avoid. if it is evident that the product was mishandled we will not accept returns

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Custom products
  • Downloadable products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase along with photo evidence

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

All items are carefully inspected, photographed, and packaged before shipping out. We are not responsible for items damaged in transit

refunds

  • once your request for refund has been submitted along with proof of purchase and photos, we will review and notify you of approval/denial
  • if approved, instructions will be sent to either mail back the original item or keep it
    (up to our discretion based on situation)
  • shipping fees for returned items will be responsible for by customer. we will provide assistance for discounted shipping. package must include tracking so we can process your return
  • once tracking has been received by us we will issue you a refund back to original payment or a credit to use towards future purchases within 48 hours

 

late or missing refunds

FOR REFUNDS ISSUED BACK TO ORIGINAL PAYMENT, PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 7 BUSINESS DAYS FROM ISSUANCE FOR YOUR CARD OR BANK TO POST TO YOUR ACCOUNT
IF REFUND IS STILL NOT AVAILABLE THEN IT IS UP TO YOU TO CONTACT YOUR BANK OR CARD PROVIDER. WE WILL SUPPLY PROOF OF REFUND TRANSACTION

  • sale items may be returned or exchanged according to the same guidelines listed here
  • sale price will be issued as refund or rate for exchange

SHIPPING RETURNs

FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES THAT REQUIRE ORIGINAL PRODUCT TO BE SENT BACK, YOU THE CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR COST OF SHIPPING 

SHIPPING COSTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR YOUR OWN SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNING YOUR ITEM. SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. IF YOU RECEIVE A REFUND, THE COST OF RETURN SHIPPING WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND

WE RECIEVE DISCOUNTED SHIPPING RATES AND WOULD BE HAPPY TO EXTEND THEM TO YOU UPON REQUEST. THIS WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH A LABEL TO PRINT AND PLACE ON YOUR PACKAGE WITH TRACKING

TRACKING INFORMATION MUST BE PROVIDED TO US IN ORDER TO ISSUE REFUND OR CREDIT. WITHOUT TRACKING OR PROOF OF DELIVERY  WE WILL NOT ISSUE
